| 1. Living Things - This means plants and animals of all types. |
| 2. No selling of gimmicks and ideas - such as, but not limited to (Air guitars, Jars of farts, Ghost in a jar and so on.) |
| 3. Anything that is currently illegal to possess to start with. |
| 4. Items that are nothing more than a link to someplace else is not considered an item and will be removed. (All listings must contain an actual item for sale) |
| Basically all we are asking is that you deal honestly and fairly in all matters on this site. |
In the case that this does not apply we will be forced to remove the offending listing from the site. In the cases were such action was deemed necessary the following 3 actions will be the results: 1. 1st offense will be removal of the listing and refund of the listing fee to the lister. .3 2nd offense will be removal of the listing and no refund to the lister. 3. 3rd offense will be removal of the listing and/or listings and removal of the lister from the service of this site. In the cases above the person or persons involved will be notified via email that these actions were taken each step of the way. |
